A viewpoint on Sharing

 Sharing:

As I sit with my sensations of sadness and feel the disconnection from others, I can't help but peer deeply into the center of the sensation, past the unspoken or misspoken words surrounding my expression, into the heart of the matter, the source for my tears. What revealed somewhat astonished me, yet also reverberated with a life long presence of self. Giving my self permission to feel sadness is in and of itself an act of self-care, and moving through it to the heart is a breath of love, creating the form for the following flow of words.

I wish to start from the outside in as I spiral deeper and closer to my heart because often to heal we have to work backward(past) to forward(future) through now(present) to form the life of our inner truth and expression.

Sharing is a learned behavior, or in other words, is taught to us. Interesting to observe, obviously from an older supposedly wiser person who has experienced the world and relationship with others, we are given a demonstration with a strong influence on the idea of what is right and what is wrong. The child is not, in early development, developing how to practice sharing, so much as they are practicing what can I do with the material world around me. The child is in the full-blown immersion of lessons on self-empowerment. And, in physical manifestation, this is the harnessing of masculine energy within ourselves that is one aspect of the foundation of a creational form. The other self-empowerment energy woven into creation is feminine energy or flow. As we nurture our self, love ourselves, express our self, we weave in power to do, to organize, and to implement our ideas. Also, once we have developed the power to stand strong, alone, we build bridges to connect to others, and naturally, come into a place of sharing. Foundationally, as we seek to truly know ourselves, we expand to want others to know us too. Then, we can exchange and know others as well as we know ourselves.

But, for some reason I've yet to understand, adults in the care and feeding of children, have decided to accelerate or bypass this woven stage and import the idea that it's not safe to explore and express our self-understanding and to nurture, develop, fulfill, and self identify before identifying with others. I am the first one to admit to ignorance regarding this development. and on another side note, is this concept naturally nurtured through play?; something I've noticed in at least the last 20 years of my world and child-rearing, has been extremely limited for the children.

So, continuing into the spiraling inward to unravel the source of my tears, into the next layer of intimacy with self, I personalize how the idea of sharing is developed within me. As I know myself the best, I uncovered that sharing is how I express an overabundance of absolute love for this experience called life. The joy I know as the kaleidoscope of sensations and creations that I get to participate in that seems to call forth an invitation for and to others to join me. That at the heart of me, when I am met this way with others, I am sharing an expanded experience that includes both or all of us. Why am I sad then? Because, oddly, not all people operate from this perspective of knowing self to know another to know self some more. By being guided by only form, something external, physically sensed, or material, and that you are obligated to share with others, and trying to instill the idea of equity, without including the originating flow, or sensational energy that rises from nonmaterial reality is deadly to the originating heart. That, in effect, furthers each other from truly sharing.

To, allow and remain in presence with, the feeling of this particular sadness, reactivates the presence of my heart, and gives me the comfort, affection, and recognition that through the act of taught sharing had hidden the best thing to share of all, that feminine flow energy that sits in the heart of any material creation. Master the return to the flowing heart within each of you, and watch the true power of expansion as we create together enough from each one to uphold the greater of us together. Bring forth each of our creators and recognize the truth is there is more than enough for us all.

Soul Trust: how essential oils can support your essential self

This recipe is designed for blending with 2 oz carrier oil but included is the ratio needed for 4 oz-or if you like 2oz is a 1/4c.  and 4 oz is 1/2c.

10 drops Lime                     20
 8  drops Cypress                16
6   drops Frankincense        12
6   drops Geranium             12
4   drops Myrhh                    8

Lime embodies purity and immunity which enables us to align to our heart space thru unconditioning love and staying true to our hearts in the face of emotional upheaval and turmoil.
Cypress embodies the ability to withstand winds with flexibility and warmth, to allow one's soul to connect to the mortal self and the spiritual self through the collective universal wisdom. It connects our human frequencies of suffering and sorrowing to offer strength and protection to those feeling vulnerable and insecure, or lost to their purpose.
Frankincense embodies adaptogenic qualities allowing one to root our heavenly self into our mortal self especially in times of spiritual shock or loss. It too provides wisdom of the universe, offering support in many circumstances.
Geranium embodies emotional fluidity, allowing us to witness the flow of feelings and balancing our personal response as we register. When transformation is needed to bring forth the hidden soul, it offers comfort and maternal encouragement to acknowledge the hidden hurts within the heart and supports healing any pain.
Myrhh embodies resonance with the wounded healer-those that show up for each generation to assist in healing the Spirit within us all. It creates the crossroads for us to choose the need to let go, to forgive, and to recreate reality from this point forward.

Have you ever experienced being dismissed?

Dismissed? Dismissive?

Flicked off like a buzzing insect-that spark of life just doing what it knows to do, just being what it is meant to be-but flicked at for occupying a space with another trying to define their own space. The stun, the dismay, the question-what went wrong? why am I not good enough, how did we separate? Where did we diverge? How are we the same? What in me does another not like to see? Is flicking a loving gesture? simply a choice of what one doesn't want to attend, or is it a defense system designed to deflect?

As multifaceted humans being each time we interact, intercept, and interchange with another life force-for a space we unite-creatively holding our unique signature essence and form while simultaneously sharing commonalities. So, as I observe myself being flicked away as a nuisance, a gnat, an inconvenience, a speed bump( designed for the opposite-to slow down and become present and aware), someone not to be bothered with or by, my answer lies in a reflection. Maybe not so obvious to me at first but with a little careful digging and prodding with the dull side of my heart blade, as to be ever so gentle with my self and my vulnerability-I seek the answers. How do I feel to have it be so easy to dismiss another, how have I passed judgment on another's expression of self, have I been desiring to be seen, heard, sensed, felt? Do I deny some shadowy aspect of my heart that is more selfishly aligned rather than selflessly aligned? How in that process have I invalidated another?

These aren't easy questions to face, but as I do them gently, I can hold my heart wide open with a willingness to seek my heart over my head. I can make what seems like a mistake-a miss take in a conversation in the way I'm showing up in the world, and let it become an opportunity to know myself and you. And, I can extend that grace to all others-if I want to see the light in me reflected in the light in you.

On Dictionary.com and Vocabulary.com I looked up the definition of dismissed and dismissive and learned something new:

dismiss: verb

past tense: dismissed; past participle: dismissed
order or allow to leave; send away.
"she dismissed the taxi at the corner of the road"

discharge from employment or office.
"CBS Records dismissed another 120 people"

Opposite:
engage
treat as unworthy of serious consideration.
"it would be easy to dismiss him as all brawn and no brain"

dismissive: adjective
feeling or showing that something is unworthy of consideration.
"he is too dismissive of the importance of the industrialists"
Similar:
contemptuous
disdainful
scornful
sneering
snide
scathing
What is a dismissive personality?
Someone who has a dismissive-avoidant attachment style often sees themselves as independent and able to "go it alone." They often maintain strict boundaries, can be emotionally distant and have a hard time opening up to their partners or making and keeping close friendships.Jan 21, 2020

What Is Avoidant Attachment? - Understanding Types of Avoidant ...

And in conclusion, what is in me is the desire to be rewarded or validated, that dismissiveness is a defense mechanism, born from unmet needs or desires, affecting us on the molecular level of joy and love, and is the shadow side of the heart, slowing or reducing dopamine- a pain and fear reliever, a molecule helpful to taking risks such as to love despite it being sometimes painful. Molecules of joy- a wonderful topic for another blog!! Meanwhile-if I ever failed you by practicing dismissiveness-I seek your forgiveness as I seek to forgive myself and pray that this gesture of linking hands, the act of commanding love to assist in its giving and receiving, permits me to acknowledge my needs for love, self-approval, and validation. In turn, growing my ability to love and validate you in the very same way. Lastly, I give thanks to all the spirits who have shown up in my life this way for even in the shadows, love abounds.

No child is shaped alone

How many of you anger and or cry when presented with a loved one's inner demons? How many layers or entwinings do you notice shapes that person's behavior? How many of you pray to be buffered during your witnessing?
It never ceases to amaze me the lengths people go to avoid their feelings. Nor how they perpetuate their own mortal wounding onto others, how they have embodied these sores and kept them festering, they can't even trackback to when they bought the lie about themselves.
I'm a sensitive or intuitive, but then again so are you. Tough love they say, we have got to toughen up these people. So many buy into hardening their hearts, stifling their feelings, passing judgment on someone else's actions, all as a way to AVOID feeling.
Yet, feeling is the great alignment with all that is good. If we have a spectrum of feelings, we have inner guidance leading us to only more goodness. If we experience less stellar emotions, we are uncomfortable and we have the opportunity to seek healthy ways of getting our needs met. When we have stellar emotions, everyone we come into contact with, we connect and the goodness is spread.
No child is shaped alone-I invite you to be willing to feel, and be willing to observe the feelings simply as a gauge for your highest good, and to awaken your heart with love., long enough to register what you permit to determine who you are and who you want to be in the eyes of another.

The Mercy

The Mercy

Mercy is defined as compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm. Mercy is what we all hope for when we find ourselves in a state of compromise. Assuredly, human beings have and will continue to find themselves in states of unequal power. When we land on the low side of the gradient we become very attuned to the need for mercy. If we find ourselves in a state of greater power we have a deep responsibility to care for those less fortunate. Folks who find a higher station in life bear the greater responsibility to take care of those less fortunate.

When God asked us to become human He endowed us with qualities to withstand the trials of human life.  Divine Creation knew it was going to get rough due to the feeling of separation from Source. Holy Design includes polarity and separation as part of the challenges for the human being. The first  endowment from the Creator to compensate for polarity, separation and suffering is the provision of Mercy.

As we walk through the challenge of Covid-19 we experience deep separation from life as we knew it previously.  An individual's station in life provides one clue as to how a person may respond to current events. But a deeper provision for response lies within the individual spiritual heart.

Deep fear of survival is understandable given the polarized division over the course of action to be taken  given this unprecedented challenge. American people hold pride in the belief of self-reliance to survive and to thrive. They work hard. Right? Global social distancing is impacting worldwide economy; folks are unable to navigate the next move to ensure survival. Everything is different now. We have never seen anything like this before. If we reach into the depths of our hearts and feel the need for unity and love for all people the answers will come.

I cannot say what the outcome of this pandemic will be. There are contrary theories running in every direction. To remain in the present moment taking good care of our spiritual hearts I recommend self care. I suggest we begin with mercy for our predicament. I suggest looking into our own heart and soul finding compassion and forgiveness for the situation we face. Allow the Holy Divine to reveal the mercy in our hearts. When compassion and forgiveness register in the heart, we will know because this deep feeling will expand to include the same mercy to our fellow human.  The answers lie in Divine Mercy.

Last week I used my Super Seven crystal when we did our work session.
Here is a bit of information on the Super Seven that I compiled from several websites/blogs:

Super Seven is a very rare mineral that contains the following seven crystals in one stone:  Amethyst, Cacoxenite, Goethite, Lepidocrocite, Rutile Quartz, Smokey Quartz, and Quartz. It is found only in a small mine in the tiny southeastern coastal state of Espirito Santo in Brazil. That mine is currently flooded and underwater.

Super Seven has a very high vibration from the vibrations of all the seven crystals listed above. It is said that Super Seven's vibration is one that links all of humanity together.

Writing about me. This is a weird endeavor to write about oneself for publication, I mean just how narcissistic can one be to write about self. But, here I go, I was talking to my dear friend Jonianne about my assignment to write for the newsletter. I could not choose a topic no matter what I came up with. So we talked bout putting myself out there to watch what feelings may arise. I followed her advice and this is what bubbled up from the depths of fear. I have always wanted to be heard. As far back as I could remember no one listened to me in a serious way. Writing this newsletter is my spiritual practice in healing manifestation for a primary wound acquired so long ago.

I learned about primary wounding as not being heard or seen as a child is well, primary. Apparently, we all have something missing along these wounded lines. And for the rest of our life, this subtle message of fear comes on strong in our relationships reminding us we can heal from our primary wounds. In order for healing to occur, we must first feel our feelings at the moment they arise. One intriguing thing I learned is our bodies store these primary wounds which reassert their presence just when the right moment calls them up(not wanting to write the newsletter and being heard). We often experience these "arisings" as discomfort, nausea, specific pain, emotional triggers, distraction, conflict, resistance, regret, saying or doing the wrong thing, impulsivity...the list goes on and on and on.

I am blessed to be a part of the Spirit Collective. We are a group of diverse healers reaching out to the community to assist in any way we can to move you toward healing. We have subtle energy skills that help us read and reach into what is bothering, blocking, or calling out to you. Our clients are unclear as to what or where or how their problems or questions can be resolved. We at Spirit Collective use a group approach toward your healing. We find the group healing energy harmonizes, magnifies, and expedites the energy shift in you.

All people have subtle energy skills; they just don't call them that. We at Spirit Collective desire to safely walk with you toward your heart space so you can come to know yourself better, make decisions for your life and navigate through troubled waters until you reach that safe and distant shore.

Each member of Spirit-Collective has received and continues to receive healings from our group. We keep up with our Spiritual purification because daily life requires this type of work to remain healthy, connected, and flowing. With COVID-19 upon us, we are keenly aware of the suffering going on around us and through us. These are uncharted times for the entire world. It's strange we are isolated but simultaneously connected. This is a time for reflection, slowing down, taking stock in what we value, and how we use this earth for our consumption. Social distancing is really an act of love for our fellow man. We must come together to resolve this threat to our health. We are learning there is no such thing as economic health without spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physical health.

Please tune in to our newsletter to remain connected to during our social distancing times and beyond

Shift
Become conscious of what Gifts of the Heart are illuminating as we witness our global community pause and reflect upon what is this Life?
Account for your Self. In what ways are my needs recognized, nurtured, honored, and upheld?
As the world as I know it erodes at its foundation-is it's appearance as solid real, true?
How have I contributed or taken away from it?
As I meet my own needs, do I do so with love, compassion, understanding? With the acceptance that includes another in their life's journey as they seek to do the same?
Does my ability to do so lead others to do so as well?
No time at all. To all the time in the world, to really, in no time at all.
Activate these personal approaches and witness the shift.
